These terms govern your use of the Bulk Email & PDF Merge Google Workspace add-on (“the add-on”). By installing or using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install it.
The add-on is provided by an independent developer trading as LeanOfficeTechnologies, contactable at [email protected]. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the add-on in accordance with these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute it, and you may not attempt to circumvent any usage limit applied to your plan.
The add-on is a tool that sends mail as you, from your own Google account, to recipients you supply. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for who you send it to.
You agree that you will not use the add-on to:
You must honour opt-out requests and identify yourself accurately in the mail you send. The add-on does not and cannot police the lawfulness of your recipient list; that duty is yours.
Sending happens through your own Google account and is subject to Google's quotas and policies, which Google may change at any time without notice. Google documents a daily cap of 100 email recipients for consumer accounts and 1,500 for Google Workspace accounts. No plan or payment raises those limits, and we do not undertake to deliver any particular volume of mail. Google may also suspend or restrict your account for its own reasons, which are outside our control.
A free tier is offered with a limited daily allowance. Paid plans, where offered, are billed through a third-party payment provider; that provider's own terms and privacy policy govern the transaction, and we do not receive or store your payment card details.
The add-on is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be delivered.
Send a test run to yourself before any run that matters. Mail that has been sent cannot be recalled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the add-on — including messages sent in error, sent to the wrong recipient, not sent, or sent twice.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the add-on is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the add-on, in whole or in part, at any time. If we discontinue it entirely, we will give reasonable notice where we can, and will refund the unused portion of any active subscription. Your documents and PDFs live in your own Google Drive and remain yours and accessible regardless.
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Workspace Marketplace, which revokes all permissions you granted. We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms, in particular clause 3.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the add-on after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. (A specific venue for disputes will be added here once confirmed; none is designated at this time.)
